Klien to partner Emery

Former Jaguar and Red Bull Formula 1 driver Christian Klien is to drive the second Supercheap Auto MPC Holden alongside Geoff Emery at the Father's Day 400 at Taupo from September 1-2.

Klien will also race at the Pukekohe 500 and season final Ruapuna enduro events.

The Austrian - who scored 14 points in Formula One - currently drives for Aston Martin Racing in the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup and will also race in Supercheap colours at the Supercar Sandown and Bathurst races in September and October with veteran Russell Ingall in the Walkinshaw Racing-prepared machine.
